Welcome to my website!
I'm a multi-media storyteller currently living in Fort Collins, CO.
Who am I?
I am a photographer and writer living in Fort Collins, CO. I grew up in Sarasota, Florida. At 17, I moved to New York City to pursue a BA in Media, Culture and the Arts from The King's College and graduated in 2015.
Since then, I've worked with artists, galleries, and startups to craft written and photographic content. My work has appeared in Conscious Magazine and Vice.
I take photos, usually of faces
Ever since I was a kid with a disposable camera, I’ve loved trying to capture that perfect look and get a glimpse of another’s internal world. Most of my projects involve portraits because I believe in their powerful ability to portray humanity and personality and connect with people across culture and language.
My greatest areas of interest are dissidence, violence, war, and protest. I believe all good solutions and diagnosis start with adequate, compelling, and truthful coverage of what is happing to drive action that is affective.
I've traveled to over 30 countries—including the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Singapore, and Romania—learning, teaching, and collaborating on a variety of media projects. Recently, I started blogging about my adventures and my developing projects.
